Overview
Developed a comprehensive internal tool for DVT to streamline the management of tender documents (hồ sơ thầu). The system serves as a secure internal cloud storage and automates the entire lifecycle of bid preparation and submission.
The Challenge
Managing tender documents was a manual, error-prone process involving scattered files across emails and local drives. Version control was non-existent, and approval workflows were slow, risking missed submission deadlines.
The Solution
Built "DVT Bid Manager", a centralized internal cloud platform. Implemented automated version control, role-based access permissions, and a drag-and-drop workflow editor for document approvals. Integrated with internal communication tools for real-time notifications.
