Overview
Developed a Flutter-based Super App consolidating 10+ service types (Delivery, Home Services) for the SE Asia market.
The Challenge
Users had to download multiple apps for different needs. The client fought for market share and needed a superior, unified user experience.
The Solution
Built a modular app using Clean Architecture and GetX. Integrated Google Maps for real-time tracking and Firebase for live updates. Added OCR for quick payments.
