Overview
Engineered a Hospital Data Warehouse to integrate records from Admissions, Nursing, and Pharmacy, balancing Bed Capacity and Nurse-to-Patient ratios.
The Challenge
Fragmented data systems and manual workflows led to resource imbalances and overcrowding. There was no real-time visibility into bed occupancy.
The Solution
Designed a star-schema data warehouse. Built ETL pipelines with KNIME. Developed Power BI dashboards for Patient Flow, Nurse Workload, and Inventory.
